Compliance Assistant (French)
DetailsThe main responsibilities of the position include:
- Assist in the coordination of operational activities so as to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining the compliance and AML monitoring program
- Assist in the preparation of policies, procedures and annual reports
- Monitoring of Clients data and following up with Back Office
- Monitoring of communication between the Company’s employees and Clients, aiming at quality control and compliance
- Providing administration support to the Compliance Manager, including record keeping
- Performing ad-hoc duties from time to time as the need arises
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Law/Business/Finance or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage
- CySEC Advanced or AML Certificate shall be considered as advantage
- Fluency in French and English languages
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Confidence, adaptability and intelligence
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent judgement and commercially minded pragmatic approach
- Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
